Bryony Lavery’s dazzling adaptation of Stevenson’s classic story has all the dangers and thrills of the original tale. Pirates, treasure, grog, peril, secrets and betrayal are all woven into a fast-paced, funny, dangerous show.
It’s a dark and stormy night. Jim, the innkeeper’s granddaughter, opens the door to a terrifying stranger. At the old sailor’s feet sits a huge chest, full of secrets. Jim invites him in – and her dangerous voyage begins.
There are opportunities for actors to double up parts in this large cast and many of the characters can be played by men or women with a range of ages. We are also looking to recruit some actors who are musicians.
If you are interested in being part of the raggle taggle ensemble come along and audition.
