Administration of the Club Draw

The Club Draw will be operated by a Club Draw Committee, which will consist of at least three members (no maximum), one of which must be a member of the full BLT Board. If one member resigns a new member will be added as soon as possible – if two members resign the draw will be suspended until such time as a new member can be appointed.  There must always be at least two members of the Club Draw Committee for the draw to operate.                                                                                        

The draw will be made once a month, on a calendar month basis. The draw will be made as soon as practical after the month end, with at least two qualified representatives present, one of whom must be a member of the Club Draw Committee the other may be either a member of the Club Draw Committee or a member of the BLT Board.                                                                                                              

The winning numbers will be selected by means of public draw.

To ensure complete separation of funds, a separate bank account will be used solely for the Club Draw

Membership

Everyone who joins the Club Draw will be assigned a unique Club Draw ID number which must be quoted as part of their Standing Order or any electronic transfer of funds as part of the transaction reference together with their Surname. (e.g. Smith 123 )

Draw tickets for the Club Draw can be purchased by either a monthly Standing Order or electronic transfers of funds directly into the BROMLEY LITTLE THEATRE LIMITED account above. There will be no annual subscription. No cash or cheques will be accepted.

Tickets will be sold at a set price of £2/ticket, with no discount applied for multiple ticket purchases  ( £2 = 1 ticket, £10 = 5 tickets, £20 = 10 tickets etc )  

Application to join the Club Draw will be by means of email to blt.bloto@bromleylittletheatre.org detailing the applicant’s name, contact phone number and email address so that the Committee can contact them when they win.  The Club Draw committee will then assign the applicant a Club Draw Members number which must be quoted as part of their Standing Order or electronic transfer of funds reference. Members must be 16 years or over to participate.

Prize Money

Fifty percent of the total funds collected each month will be distributed as prize money.   Three prizes will be offered each month :  1^st prize 50% of the prize money (equal to 25 % of the total draw),  2^nd prize 30% of the prize  money (equal to 15% of the total draw),  3^rd prize 20% of the prize money (equal to 10% of the total draw).

The Small Print

The Club Draw Committee will submit a quarterly statement to the BLT full Board after each calendar quarter end.

The Club Draw Committee will submit quarterly returns to the Licensing Authority.

The Rules of the Club Draw will be published on the BLT Website, along with a history of the winners

Publicity

The name of the winners will not be made public without the express permission of the winners.
