BLT REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR TICKETS
It is our policy not to offer refunds, exceptions to this rule are outlined below. We will however seek to help you exchange your ticket or put credit on your account.
If you wish to exchange your ticket for a later performance of the same production (subject to availability), please notify us at least 24 hours before your booked performance (or five working days in advance for group bookings).
Where a performance is sold out and you choose to return your ticket, where possible we will attempt to resell it on your behalf. If the ticket is successfully resold, you will be offered credit which can be used (subject to availability), for any forthcoming production. Credit is valid for six months.
In the event of a performance cancellation by Bromley Little Theatre, you will be entitled to a refund, minus any applicable booking and administrative fees. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. Alternatively, you may choose to receive credit equivalent to the face value of the ticket, valid for six months.
