On the 11th January 2021, the following resolution was passed: – “The Board of Trustees agrees to the establishment of Associate Membership of the Charity, such membership being subject to an annual subscription but conferring no rights to attend or vote at General Meetings of the Charity. Following our call out a few weeks ago, we are delighted to announce that Jacqui Nelson and Alison Green will be joining our Board of Trustees. Jacqui has already started and Alison will be “on board” in April. We think they will be a great addition to our team and we’re delighted to welcome them.
