Update on current activities

We are still rehearsing ‘Handbagged’ over ZOOM and will be ready to perform our socially distanced production as soon as it is safe to re-open the theatre. URGENT – Take part in play readings

Both actors and audience members are invited to become involved in a series of play readings which will be organised by various BLT directors and open to both people who would like to read and to people who would like to listen. COMING SOON: Details of our April and May productions

April: Rights are currently being negotiated for a very new play, directed by Paul Ackroyd that first played at The Bridge Theatre in 2019 which could be an amateur premiere – certainly a socially distanced amateur premiere. ANNOUNCING OUR NEW ‘SOCIALLY DISTANCED’ SEASON

We have specifically chosen plays that can be staged in a way which maintains social distancing  and uses the minimum of props. As our capacity is much reduced to ensure social distancing in the auditorium we have extended our run to 11 nights to give more of our members a chance to buy a ticket.
