In accordance with the recommendations of the Society of London Theatres, all theatregoers are requested to wear face coverings throughout our building (except when consuming food or drink) unless exempt.
If you think you may have been in contact with someone with Covid 19, please consider taking a Lateral Flow Test before coming to the theatre. If you have a positive test or have symptoms which may be Covid 19, please do not come to the theatre.
We are continuously reviewing our procedures to enable as many people as possible to enjoy our shows safely. It may be necessary to allocate you to a seat other than the one shown on your ticket.
FEELING UNWELL or TESTED POSITIVE
If you, or anyone in your party is feeling unwell on the day of the performance or has tested positive for Covid-19 – DO NOT COME TO THE THEATRE. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as early in the day as you can. We will happily exchange your ticket to another performance, availability permitting.
The theatre will open 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Please arrive in good time so that everyone can get drinks and carry out other important functions prior to the start of the show. Latecomers may be refused entry.
