Golden Future Properties have the opportunity of a lifetime: in five days, a middle-eastern property developer is going to buy Keynes Road for a handsome sum. The only property still inhabited is ‘Crooked Wood’, a crumbling, Victorian house with an 87 year-old occupant. How hard could it be to persuade her to leave?
