Our ground floor rehearsal space and our first floor Bar area is available during the day for use by our local community.

We usually offer this space free of charge for fundraising and other charitable activities. Occasionally a donation to BLT might be requested, depending on the event.
For start-up businesses and CIC’s, we make no charge initially and this concession is reviewed quarterly.
For other commercial activities, Hire Rates would usually apply.
