Join Vanessa for this 6-week course of accessible yoga classes – from total beginner to advanced.  Suitable for all ages (16+) and all levels of flexibility, modifications will be offered, including using a chair as a prop.

Yoga can sometimes seem daunting to newcomers, and Vanessa is passionate about providing accessible yoga classes to all, so all participants can experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga and leave class feeling relaxed and invigorated.

Vanessa teaches yoga in the Sivananda style and classes will follow the traditional format of initial relaxation, pranayama (breathing exercises), sun salutations (warm-up sequence), sequence of yoga postures and final deep relaxation.  Class will be followed by a cup of herbal tea!
