New drama workshop for children at BLT

Starting Tuesday 31st October, Key Stage RIGHT will be offering a weekly drama workshop for children aged 7 and above (the ideal age bracket is 7-12 years old) in our new, downstairs rehearsal space. The workshops will be an hour long and will be held at 4:30 to 5:30pm on Tuesdays.   Each half term, the focus of the workshops will change… so it’s a little bit like a ‘junior theatre course’ for young performers, taking them through different aspects of stage craft.   In addition to our wonderful (and award-winning) Youth Group, there has been a demand for a group pitched towards the younger age bracket. These workshops will be devised and led by Simon Holland, a regular on the BLT stage and a primary phase teaching practitioner.   For more details see below and if you have children – or know of children – who would like to take part, please get in touch!
