Got questions about BLT? Get the answers at the AGM on July 17th

“How do they remember all of those words?” is probably the most frequently asked question in the bar after a show. Other popular queries include “So how come you’re working behind the bar then?” or who chooses the plays and picks the directors?   But what about this one…what would you do if Bromley LittleTheatre was closed down and would it matter?   Monday July 17th is the BLT Annual General Meeting at which a number of important decisions will be made. We might even get to answer some of the above questions.   The AGM is your opportunity to talk to the board about what we do and why. Discover why we are fundraising and how we are spending the money we raise.   Please come along and have a drink and a chat. It’s completely free (although you should book so we know how many to expect) and starts around 7.45pm . It would be lovely to see and talk to lots of our friends and supporters. Want to volunteer? Let’s chat about it over a pint

After successful trial evenings which brought together a mix of new and not so new volunteers, stage management people and techs, we have scheduled more Thursday social evenings in The Railway pub (next door to BLT).  If you’d like to meet up, just come along after 7:30pm on any of the following dates:   July 6th and 20th   We know not everyone can – or will wish to – come every time but do come as it gives us all an opportunity to catch up and meet new members.
BLT is taking a break in August, but look what’s coming in September and beyond…

A beautifully-drawn portrait of the complexity of family life, this is a poignant and sometimes devastating journey through a year in the life of one family.

Conversation. Drinking. Eating. Arguing. Displays of emotion, and a resolution which is dark and redemptive. Another remarkable play from Mike Bartlett.

27th September – 1st October Learn More

Everyone loves suave, sophisticated Gary Essendine. But no-one loves him as much as he loves himself. The quintessential Coward comedy.

13th – 21st October Learn More

A forensic examination of the five-year police hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper. Thrilling,  fascinating, frustrating, deeply moving and not to be missed!

10th – 18th November Learn More

Between 1975-80, women of Leeds lived in fear of being murdered by the Yorkshire Ripper. This is their story.

22nd – 26th November Learn More

The escapades of Lord Edmund Blackadder and his mediocre mess of a manservant, Baldrick come to the BLT stage!
