Bromley Little Theatre is committed to protecting the privacy of our membership and visitors to our website and the confidentiality of any personal information provided to us.

Membership and Auditions

Any personal information provided to us in membership forms or at auditions will be stored securely and made available only to BLT. We will only use your personal information to provide you with information which we feel is relevant or of interest to you as a member of BLT, regarding auditions or the areas in which you have suggested an interest in being a volunteer.


Publicity for shows

Should you be cast in a show, or provide backstage assistance, your name and image may be used in promotional materials both for that production and the future promotional activities and archive of Bromley Little Theatre. This may include, but is not exclusive to, searchable web entries, production and rehearsal photographs, posters and programmes. You may contact us at any time if you have concerns about items used in publicity materials.

If you are cast in a show, or provide backstage assistance, your contact details will usually be shared by the director with the cast and crew on the production you are involved in. You can speak to the director if you have any concerns about this.

Site Visitors – How we use your Personal Information

We use the Personal Information we collect from visitors to our website in the following ways:

  • to enable you to use any services that we may from time to time provide through the website and any other websites that we control;
